"Lord Save Us From Your Followers" movie-card

Nothing is more Hollywood than a massively interactive Flash e-card. That's why Hollywood's Generaxion Films needed a Flash e-card to promote their new movie, "Lord Save Us From Your Followers."

The movie, based on the book of the same name, featured commentary from many of the most controversial figures in American culture, including Michael Moore, Jerry Falwell, Pope John Paul, Al Franken, Fox News' Ann Coulter, James Dobsin, President George Bush, and many more.

The film company had all of the raw materials, but didn't know how they worked together. But in Flash, it's possible to combine a massive amount of media — including spoken word, music, video and still images — to create a very powerful and cohesive selling message.

In this case, the iconic image of an illustrated angel hovers over a morass of conflicting voices — serving as the perfect analogy for the movie's message. When the user rolls their mouse over the individual photos, they "speak" their respective parts.

Near the end of the e-card, four buttons roll onto the screen. Each button is linked to a varying number of promotional items, including an interactive game, video interviews, the trailer and a download of the book's first chapter.
